Do you snarl?

Dog snarl (gruñen). Lions snarl. And so do mortals. Sometimes they “snarl at” somebody (gruñen a alguien), People sometimes say something with a snarl (la gente a veces dice algo con un gruñido).

There are other uses. You can have a snarl (maraña) or a tangle (enredo) in wool. Mortals with hair on their heads sometimes have a snarl in their long hair.

Plans can become snarled-up, that is, there are serious complications. On busy roads the traffic is often “snarled up” (esta atascado).

So have you ever snarled at someone? Does your dog snarl at you? Or perhaps you have snarled because you have been stuck in a snarl-up.
