Have you been narked?

“To be narked” (estar cabreado) is to be upset or annoyed. An example:

• Mr. Sanchez, the Spanish Prime Minister, got really narked when he saw the opinión polls (los sondeos).

So Mr. Sánchez got “narky”.

“Nark” is also a noun it has two meanings. First, means a person who is always complaining (un quejoso). Second, it refers to a police informer or police spy.

So, have you ever been narked? Have you ever been a nark?
